WHAT SHOULD A TRUE CONSERVATIVE DO?

Would it be better to leave the party and join an exiting party that has the same beliefs and values? Trying to ferret out those that are RINOs (Republicans in name only) will not be easy. If enough leave the party, then a third party will become a viable entity. It may take an election or two to attract a huge following once they realize it is a reality.

ANYONE WORTH VOTING FOR?

What do you do when none of the republicans are worth voting for? Do you go against your standards and vote for someone just because they are of the GOP party? If the GOP loses and a third party candidate has a significant number of votes, it tells the GOP party that we don’t like how liberal or even moderate the candidates have gotten. We need to vote our conscious and not our party!

TWO PARTIES ONLY?

There are a number of democrats quite conservative but they won’t join the Republican Party, maybe they would lean to a third party showing some strength and viability. Nothing says there can only be two parties. Sure they have made it tougher with the rules, but if we are to correct the path that the country is going down, can we continue the same thing we have been doing for years and expect a different result.

FUTURE OF THE GOP?

It may be time for the GOP to go by the wayside and a true conservative party emerges. GOP’s or not very conservative anymore! If there is a party that is truly conservative, don’t you think the people would follow? Many people have thought about changing to a third party, but are afraid they will throw away their votes, BUT if all of the voters would make the move and do it now, what a difference it would make.

IT’S EMBARRASSING!

I have never voted anything other than republican but I am so embarrassed by the party and their lack of willpower to stand up for what is right I don’t know if I will ever vote for them again unless I know the person personally. They have to prove to me that they are serious and not just going for the money!!!

DO WE PURGE?

It is like the Democrat trying to purge their party of the liberals and get back to what they use to believe, it won’t happen, both parties have people that have coop the party and won’t let go of their control. What are we to do? We then have those that claim to be republicans and then jump parties midstream.

Jesus said, “You don’t put new wine into old bottles”; you can’t take an existing organization that is corrupt and expect to change it. Martin Luther wasn’t able to do it. Once they are corrupt you need to start fresh.

So… should we start fresh?

EH

The Real Estate Broker
Consider a Real Estate Broker. They have an office and several Agents that are working out of the office. All sales made through that office is shared with the Broker.
He trained them, paid for the advertizing, etc.

Suppose, an agent is doing really good, I mean really good, and decides to become a broker themselves.
They start with getting their own office, bringing in some agents and the business is going. What has happened? Now the original broker has a competitor that he has trained and shared the secrets of his office.

Later, the new broker has an agent that breaks off and becomes a broker also. Now the first broker has competition from another broker whom they had indirectly trained. The chances are, that the first broker will be effected by the extra competition, and in result lose income.

How could that be changed?
If the first broker made an arrangement for the second broker to share, let’s say the office and advertizing in exchange for a small amount of the earnings from the second broker’s business, he can capitalize on the training he has extended and has given the second broker the opportunity to bring in his own agents under him. Both parties benefit from the arrangement and the first still maintains a part of his income they would have otherwise lost.

That is an example of Leverage.
We need to utilize the principle of leverage to increase either time or money or both. Wealth, Freedom, and time comes to us when we leverage time or money.

Look for shortly my next blog post, continuing on this same topic.
Thank You.

LAST TIME
Last time I covered the fun of having a job and working for other people, in short, being an employee. Isn’t it fun to work for someone else? I can hardly wait to start again tomorrow, and I know you are too.

The Employer
Let’s look at the employer. If he is an employer, then he must have employees. Does that make sense? Yes, so what is he doing right. He is using the principle of leverage. What is leverage? In this case he is employing more time, to produce more, and to make a larger profit. It is that simple. Leverage is the key.

Leverage
When someone works for themselves, they have the same number of hours in the day as you and I. He can produce only so much product, or sell only so much. He is limited by the amount of hours in the day to get things accomplished. Sure he could work 10, 12 16 or more hours but he still has only 24 hours to pull from. And, if he continues at 16+ hours every day, every week, every year, his quality of life suffers. He has no time to spend with family, health will suffer,he will work himself to an early grave. Plus, if he is sick a day, his production halts. Nothing is made or sold.

How can he generate more hours in a day? He hires a person to work with him. Trains them and puts him to work and he now is getting double the hours in a day. More can be accomplished, made or sold, and the profits then have a potential to increase. If both put in a 10 hour day, 20 man hours has been generated. We must remark that he does have to pay his employee, but if done right, he makes a larger profit after subtracting what he is paying out to the employee then he would have made with his own efforts.

Increasing the Leaverage
Now what happens when you increase the numbers of employees, you increase the number of hours of work being done each day. By leveraging your time, you multiply the amount of work that can be done and the potential profits.

Sounds great. You can train some to be leaders and even work it where you can take some time off. Super! One thing that must be remembered is that the mentality of employees quite often are like renters. If you rent a car and you spill coffee or pop in the car do you immediately go and get it shampooed? Most people wipe it up and say “Oh well”. They don’t have the same care and concern for the company as you do. They are there to earn some money for themselves, and to gain some knowledge and training to maybe start their own business and compete with you. That is really good, you train people to then be your competitors someday. If they have no incentive in the ultimate outcome of the business, some vested interest, they will just be there to make some money and move on where the pay or incentives are better.

Conclusion
Working for yourself, whether you are an employee or even self employed, without the principle of leverage of time (or money which I will cover in a future blog) you are limited by the number of hours you have in any given day. Also you are limited as an employee to how much you will be paid. Having employees can indeed increase the profits that your company can generate, but you also must deal with the headaches and problems that are inherent with having employees.
Anyway the principle of leverage is utilized to improve your given situation.

Are you happy working 9-5 or 8-4:30? Or maybe you are working second shift or third. Are you happy being told when to show up, when to take a break, when you can eat? If you want a day off or just some time off, do you feel like you have to beg?

Are you tired of having to be submissive, play by the rules and maybe you will be rewarded? Do you enjoy the company or your boss deciding when or if you get a raise? How about if the company has to downsize are you going to be among the first out the door. Do you love having to grovel and look for a job? Is having a regular job demeaning?

Many of us work day in day out, with the hope of a retirement when we are through. But in the mean time, to make ends meet, we work many long hours, away from the family, missing some of the great moments that happen in your family’s lives. You maybe are lucky enough to get a vacation every couple of years, of which you have scrimped and saved or maybe you just decided to add it to your balance already on your credit card. Do WE EVER Get Ahead?

Okay, so maybe you are climbing up the corporate ladder. Getting quite high in the company, but, just above you are a few people in the way of you getting to the top. And besides, all you see is the butt of the person above you. Exciting isn’t it.

If you happen to play the game Just Right, without any mistakes or very few, you get a fine retirement when you are 65, 66, or so. What a wonderful time to get your freedom. when you are starting to experience the pains of growing older. Many people don’t live too long after they retire. Maybe you will be forced to retire because of medical reasons or maybe you can’t retire ’cause you need the medical insurance or just can’t plain afford it.

Why do we live our lives like this? Why do we just sit and roll over and take it. Are you tired of just taking it? Are YOU? I know that I am so that is why I am a part of the next Trillion Dollar Industry Known as Network marketing.

I want more freedom, more control over my income, to build a network that will produce residual income, income that will continue with or without me. That is exciting! Work when I want, where I want, and with whom I want. And, there are
tax advantages.

It is perfect? NO. Is it get rich quick? NO. However, by building a sturdy foundation you will create a stable, long lasting income.

I will share more of my feelings about Network Marketing in future articles.

The Acai Berry is touted as “The world’s Superfood”. What makes it so amazing?

ORIGIN

The Acai Berry grows in the Amazon Rain Forest of Brazil and has been part of the diet of the natives of that region. They are a berry that is about an inch in diameter, about the size of a grape. They are dark in color. Their life span after they are picked is extremely short. In their natural state they only last a day or so, so they have to be processed to be able to ship. They can be flash frozen, made into a juice, or many other methods to get them shipped.

Health Benefits

What is so amazing with this fruit is the level of anti-oxidants that each berry contains. Anti-oxidants fight the free-radicals in the body which contributes to disease and aging. They exceed the levels of most fruits that we currently enjoy. On the website of WebMD it is mentioned that “Some studies show that Acai fruit pulp has a very high antioxidant capacity with even more antioxidant content than cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, or blueberry.” The Acai berry also contains significant levels of fiber, healthy monounsaturated fats, iron and amino acids.

Marketing

Many companies are taking advantage of Acai berry and marketing everything from capsules to juices. The Acai berry has a very smooth, pleasant, and very refreshing taste. It is truly a health product that can be enjoy. So, it tastes great and is amazing for your body.

Recently a company is producing an energy drink that capitalizes on the benefits of the Acai berry. This drink is all natural, no artificial color, additives or flavors. No Sodium or chemicals are added. They have currently two versions, “Raw”, and “Edge”. “Edge” does contain natural caffeine for the extra boost when needed. They both are refreshing and great tasting.

The company is “eFusjon” and more information can be found at www.eFusjon.com/ebiecreek

The sun was bright and sunny on this beautiful September day at Safeco Field. The field and stands were packed with more than 7000 fans awaiting the appearance of a favorite son, returning to his home turf from which he had away much too long. A few people graced the stage prior to him. They spoke of their trials and triumphs in the cause of freedom.

A trio sang a tremendously stirring rendition of our Star Spangled Banner bringing a pride and a reaffirming affection for our beloved country. My heart was filled with awe, as I looked around and saw the emotion in the crowd. All of us patiently awaiting the hometown boy that made good!

Of whom am I speaking? Glenn Beck of course. He was in Seattle for an appearance at Safeco Field.

He spoke for more than an hour on freedom, or the losses there of. He spoke on his views of the founding fathers intent when they created the God-inspired documents that has been the base of this great country for over two centuries. He, among others gave honor unto the Veterans for there service to our country. He encouraged us to stand up for our freedoms and that which is right.

As with any event of this nature, it wouldn’t be complete without the protesters voicing there opinions. I have to admit, they were courteous to those coming to see Beck. This is one of many blessings freedom affords us.

Later, we drove to Mt. Vernon to see the activity at the college wherein Beck was being given the Keys to the City by the Mayor. This action on the part of the Mayor riled the anger of several people that come out in protest to this action. Beck’s presence also brought out his supporters.

One irony that I was noticing was that many signs claimed that what he was speaking was hate speech, but from my perspective, those that were the most vocal were also the most negative, vulgar, and an example of what I would also classify hate speech. Hmm, it is not okay for Beck to share his beliefs, values, and opinions, but it is okay for those on the street side with the signs that are very offensive. Whether they are using drawings or actual words, a few of the signs were definitely not even PG!

From my perspective, there appeared to be twice the number of Beck supporters verses the numbers of those protesting. I was taking the time to speak to a few of both, and most were gracious and kind. It was quite peaceful assembly and everybody had their say.

All in all it was a wonderful Saturday.

Welcome to your hometown Glenn Beck.

Welcome readers.

I am new to blogging so bear with me for the first few times. I plan to write my feelings on different aspects of Network Marketing, or as some call it either Multilevel or Direct Marketing, I kind of like the term “Direct Marketing.”

I have always been very skeptical about many of the marketing programs out there. My wife would talk about the latest one that she had found and I would roll my eyes and say, “Not another one!”

She was making a pretty good sum of money several years back but had to leave it for specific reasons; she has always tried to find another program that she could be successful at.

We found the right one. She showed it to me. Looking at it, I saw that it was simple, not a confusing or restricting compensation plan designed to make qualifying difficult. This compensation plan is easy to explain in a couple of minutes and this market is expanding wildly. It makes total sense to me. I know this one all people can succeed with.

So, as a result, I am able to dream again. I wake up excited about the day. It gives me hope, and even make my relationship with my wife better. We have definite goals and a new focus to work towards.

I now see how beneficial a home based business is and am glad I found one simple to use.

Remember,

What the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.

Dare to Dream Again
